1. Technological Instruction:
Adopting ways of transportation by tins or buckets, the waste mineral oil are unloaded into filtering ponds directly. After the process of sedimentation and filter, pumped the waste oil into oil-water separator, then discharge the waste water and pump the isolated oil to tank separately.
Through secondary filter, heat the oil up to certain temperature, feed it continuously flow to vacuum film evaporator, further desorbs the water in the waste mineral oil to isolate the clean oil and heavy oil.
Then start the secondary filtration in molecular distillers to distillate the lubricating oil with Siemens PLC and color touch screen to control the whole process.
After cooling in condensator and stand still in buffer tank, pump the end product into tank.
2. Technological Parameter:
A. Process many kinds of waste oil such as waste hydraulic oil, used oil, diesel oil and waste gasoline etc
B. Distillation under high vacuum low temperature will not destroy the quality of the waste oil which is good for recycle.
3. End product after regeneration:
A. Clean and bright, moisture content less than 100PPM, separation degree of the heavy and clean oil is more than 90%
B. The quality of the heavy and clean oil achieves or exceeds the new oil.
C. Recycle rate achieve more than 80%

Used Oil Recycling machine
1. Purify the used machinery oil, hydraulic oil, compressor oil, motor oil, mediate-load gear oil, cooler oil, steel rolling oil, quench oil, flash swift quench oil, etc. In mine, metallurgical industry, machinery, chemical industry, rubber industry, instrument, traffic, petroleum drilling and exploring, construction ceramics, precision pressure casting, etc.
2. The viscosity is less than 500CST and flash point is higher than 900° C
